SHUNNESON & WILSON DO DALLAS

DALLAS SAFARI CLUB CONVENTION (January 6-9, 2011)

For the bigger than ever Dallas Safari Club Convention, Ken Wilson and Lad Shunneson will share BOOTH #317, a corner booth near the entrance. They will be offering a plethora of worldwide hunting adventures including:

Lad's Newfoundland Moose

NEWFOUNDLAND MOOSE

Lad has been booking this hunt ever since he shot a 52-incher and Ken shot a 50-incher on the same hunt. The secret is that this hunt takes place in a very remote and private concession next to a national park with lots of big and smart bulls who become dumb during the rut.

NEW MEXICO MULE DEER

After 33 years of outfitting and guiding Mule Deer hunts in Colorado with a 100% success rate (making Lad the undisputed King of fair chase Mule Deer hunting), come by and learn why Lad switched to New Mexico starting with the 2010 season.

TULE ELK

Ken's Tule hunt was featured in the October Newsletter. It is the least expensive trophy Tule hunt on the market, so the four 2011 tags will go fast at $8,500 (including the non-resident tag fee!!!). Then 25% deposits will be taken for the July 15-September 15, 2012 hunts for $9,000.

TROPHY FISHING and SPECIES FISHING

Join Lad at his condo in Mazatlan or travel with him to Zihuatanejo, La Paz and elsewhere to fish for trophy billfish and over 30 other species that are great fighters and/or eaters. 25% off all fishing trips booked at the convention.

Lad's Marlin

BLACK BEAR

Lad has been hunting big black bears since he was a kid. One reason that he has over 600 personal trophies in his Lodge Above Boulder, is that he has personally killed over 50 Black Bears at the rate of one or two per year. Lad knows Black Bears.

CAMEROON DONATION HUNT

Ken will be selling Faro East's 2011 and 2012 offerings for the famous Class A animals of Cameroon (Lord Derby Eland, West African Savanna Buffalo, Western Roan, Lion, and Elephant) as well as all the Class B animals. Stop by for pricing information and to learn about the Lord Derby Eland safari that Faro East has donated through Ken for the second year in a row.

UGANDA

Stop by for the 2011 pricing and all the latest information on Uganda which was first featured in the April 2010 Newsletter following Ken's very successful safari in March.

NAMIBIA

Namibia is still the least expensive safari destination in Africa. Pick up the 2011 pricing for Mashete Safaris which hunts the 1,000,000 acre Etosha Conservancy.

EUROPE (the world's #1 destination for mountain hunting and sightseeing)

Once again, Jagdkontor Safaris is offering the prices that European hunters pay to hunt 10 species of Capra (Balkan Chamois, Carpathian Chamois, Alpine Chamois, Cantabrian Chamois, Pyrenean Chamois, Beceite Ibex, Gredos Ibex, Sierra Nevada Ibex, Ronda Ibex, and Mallorcan Wild Goat) plus free-range European Mouflon and Aoudad. You won't believe how inexpensive these hunts are priced for 2011!
